Acceptable use policy

You may not use services bought through Deplium to: break the law or help others break it; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; send unsolicited bulk email; distribute malware or run attacks against any system; mine cryptocurrency or run workloads whose main purpose is to consume Provider resources; evade a Provider's own restrictions; or resell Deplium packages to third parties.

Each Provider's acceptable use policy applies to your use of that Provider in full. Where a Provider's rules are stricter than this policy, the Provider's rules prevail for that Provider.

Report suspected abuse of a Deplium-billed service to desk@deplium.com. Include the workspace, the Provider and what you observed.

Deplium will first ask you to stop the activity and give a reasonable time to do so, unless the activity is causing immediate harm or legal exposure, in which case Deplium may suspend the Desk and governance features and stop acting as payer for the affected Provider at once. Repeated or serious breaches are grounds for termination under the Terms of service. You remain liable for usage incurred.
