The Desk
Provider support tiers are priced per provider and per month, and the good ones cost more than most teams' whole bill. Deplium pays for enterprise support once, at scale, and puts its own engineers in front of it. You open one ticket; the Desk works it across providers.
Managed outage response

Enterprise outage response

Channels
Email, phone, shared Slack channel
What the Desk does
Incident response with defined response times per tier, escalation into each provider's enterprise support queue under Deplium's agreement, migration and architecture reviews, and the quarterly cost review. The Desk does not deploy your code or hold your credentials; it works alongside your team.
Who is on it
Engineers who have run production on the providers in the table, not a call centre. Enterprise customers get a named account engineer who joins your incident channel.
Response times
Pooled customers get business-hours email support. Managed customers get business-hours desk access with a one-hour response for outages. Enterprise customers get a 24/7 desk with a fifteen-minute response for outages and a contractual SLA.
