Billing terms.
Currency
Statements in USD or EUR. Provider usage is converted at the daily reference rate on the statement date.
Tax
Sales tax or VAT is applied once by Deplium under the rules of your billing address. Reverse charge applies for VAT-registered EU businesses.
Terms
Net-30 by bank transfer for verified companies. Card payment is available on Pooled for the first three months.
Leaving
Cancel from the dashboard. Billing reverts to your own provider account at the end of the billing month. No exit fee.

Is the Managed fee worth it at my size?
As a rule of thumb, Managed pays for itself from about $6,000 of monthly provider spend, because the committed rate is better than the pooled rate and the rightsizing report usually finds more than the fee. Below that, start on Pooled.
How is Deplium's margin shown?
Per provider, on the quote and on every statement: list price, Deplium price, and the difference. There is no separate hidden fee inside usage.
What does cancelling look like?
You cancel from the dashboard. Deplium stops being the payer at the end of the billing month and each provider bills you directly from then on. There is no exit fee and no minimum term outside Enterprise.
Do you charge for usage you did not save on?
Providers marked 'list' in the table are consolidated at list price with no markup. You get one statement and net terms for them, and pay nothing extra.
How does tax work?
Deplium applies sales tax or VAT once, under the rules of your billing address. VAT-registered EU businesses are invoiced under reverse charge. Providers no longer charge you tax directly.
