A fourteen-person fintech on Vercel, AWS and Neon
Series A, London and Lisbon, one platform engineer
$9,312$11,060
The saving paid for Managed three times over. The reason we stayed was the desk answering at two in the morning.
The team ran production on AWS with a Next.js front end on Vercel and Postgres on Neon, paid on three company cards in two currencies. Their bank asked for a SOC 2 report from each provider; two of the three gated it behind enterprise plans.
Deplium took over billing in a week. AWS moved under the payer account, Vercel and Neon under team billing. The three SOC 2 reports came from the Deplium dashboard the same day. The first statement was 14 percent below the previous month's combined invoices, before the platform fee.

A digital agency running forty client apps on Heroku and DigitalOcean
Thirty people, Amsterdam, no dedicated ops
$7,405$8,260
We re-bill clients per app. Allocation tags turned a two-day spreadsheet job into an export.
Each client app needed its own cost line for re-billing, which meant someone spent two days a month in provider invoices and a spreadsheet. Heroku's Enterprise Team pricing was out of reach for an agency paying per app.
The apps moved into an Enterprise Team that Deplium pays for, which brought dyno prices down and added SSO for the team. Allocation tags per client now produce the re-billing export directly from the statement.

A B2B SaaS on AWS, MongoDB Atlas and Datadog approaching its first enterprise customers
Sixty people, Austin, two-person platform team
$45,860$54,400
We had priced AWS Enterprise Support and decided we couldn't. Now we have it, plus someone who reads the bill for us.
Enterprise prospects wanted a support SLA and a data-processing agreement covering every sub-processor. AWS Enterprise Support alone would have cost fifteen thousand dollars a month.
Under Deplium's Enterprise tier the team got Enterprise Support escalation, a named account engineer and one DPA listing every provider as a sub-processor. The rightsizing report found idle RDS replicas and an oversized Datadog host commitment in the first month.
